Andrew Guerrier

Andrew was born and raised in Miami Florida with one other sibling. His parents migrated from Haiti over 40 years ago in pursuit of the American Dream. Andrew’s father became very successful in the automotive industry and provided a great life for his family. However in 1992 a devastating hurricane completely destroyed their business and shattered Andrew’s home life.

As a result, Andrew’s life took a turn for the worse and he was forced to provide for himself at the age of 14. Subsequently he started hanging out with the wrong crowd and ended up in prison at the early age of 18. These hardship experiences caused Andrew to make some drastic changes and turn his life around. Andrew moved to Atlanta in 2004 to pursue a career in ministry. Since then he has spent over 12 years working in vocational ministry.

He served as a youth and outreach pastor for 7 years and and is currently the Missions and Outreach Pastor at Mars Hill Community Church in Powder Springs, GA. Andrew and his wife Ruth started an FCA Haiti in 2010 and he currently serves as the country director. Andrew and Ruth have a son named Phoenix and they currently live in Atlanta GA.
